Who can join as an Expert?+
Experts on Graft Circle are senior professionals with 10+ years of domain experience — in areas like HR, finance, legal, marketing, operations, technology, and strategy. You'll hold a substantive role elsewhere but have the capacity, knowledge, and appetite to take on focused paid work outside of it. All experts are verified before their profile goes live.
Who is the platform for on the buyer side?+
Builders on Graft Circle are early-stage founders building a business on the side. You're ambitious, time-poor, and past the point where YouTube tutorials cut it. You need real expertise — a pricing model reviewed, an HR policy written, a brand strategy pressure-tested — without the cost or commitment of an agency or consultant retainer.
How does payment work?+
Payments are handled securely through the platform. Buyers pay per engagement with clear upfront pricing. Experts are paid promptly on completion. Graft Circle takes a small platform commission on each transaction — no hidden fees, no surprises on either side.
